Acotec is an advanced technology for the production of non-load-bearing Partition walls - replacing Blocks and brick walls without plaster and high speed of installation (5x-7x Faster) at a cost lower than the traditional walls. The plant is highly automated and able to produce 25.82 Lac sq. ft of the partition wall (240,000 sq. mt) in one production shift of 12 hours.
• Acotec PRO line has the advantage of automated recycling of concrete and requires only 7-8 people to run the entire production line.
• Acotec Production facility requires a 3-5-acre plot of land. Production area under the shed required of 60x42 mt.

Acotec Partition walls - Benefits to client:
1. 5- 7x Times the speed of Traditional Block and brick at a cost lower than the traditional installed walls.
2. No Plaster Required- Also long panels eliminate bonding mortar work- Minimal masonry work required hence brings down the cost of installed panels
3. Wall installation -Room High Panels from 2.7mtr -3.3 mtr, standard width of 600mm available in thickness of 68mm / 75mm / 92mm (4” equivalent) /100mm / 120mm. Heights up-to 4.5 mtr. possible using cut walls and staggered joint
4. Reduced weight- The wall panels are hollow-core (5, 6, 8 voids as per panel thickness) almost 50% of the wall thickness is hollow, reducing concrete and hence cost
5. High strength panels- They are made with M25 grade concrete - No reinforcement in the panels –you can have a heavy point hanging loads
6. Low water absorption- High Sound and Fire insulation properties because of voids
7. Heat insulation, good fire rating (2hour and more), and low moisture absorption
8. Increase in carpet area available to builder, due to elimination of plasterwork
9. High Production volume - The Acotec Pro Machine is having a production capacity of 2,40,000 sq.mt / Year in 1 shift (800sq.mtr / day) considering 300 days of working.
