Karan Communication is
proud to announce that its flagship publication ‘Construction Technology Today’
(CTT), a magazine focussed on construction and infrastructure industry, has
successfully completed its journey of 22 years in the industry. January-2025
issue is 22nd annual issue of CTT and it is turning 23 now.
With the aim to keep the
construction industry professionals updated about changing trends and
technology in the construction industry and to promote the construction
equipment industry, Karan Communications under the guidance of Mr. Pritam Punjabi launched the
Construction Technology magazine in the year 2003.
During the journey of this
22 years construction industry has changed a lot and so does the CTT – from its
outlook to coverage, from bi-monthly magazine to monthly issue and print media
to digital platform; even the magazine name also changed from ‘Construction
Technology’ to ‘Construction Technology Today’.
Bi-Monthly
to Monthly
Till the year 2005, the
magazine was published on bi-monthly basis but with its growing popularity and
increasing readership & subscriber base, and to cover more sectors of
construction industry, Karan Communication started to publish the magazine on
monthly basis from the year 2006.
Each issue of CTT,
approximately 100 pages published in A4 gloss, today covers most of the sectors
across the infrastructure and construction industry in its annual programme
calendar; providing deep insight in the form of news, upcoming projects,
editorials and articles, industry experts views and interviews on the vast
sectors of construction and infrastructure industry like roads, railways,
ports, real estate, energy, civil, irrigation, mining and building, with special
focus and features on construction equipment, construction materials and
ancillary products, in its different monthly issues.

In its commitment to
promote the advertiser’s product, Karan Communications moved a step ahead in
the year 2007 and started participating in domestic trade shows and exhibition
related to construction and infrastructure sector. Some of the well-known
events and exhibitions held in India in which CTT participated during its
journey includes EXCON, Bauma Conexpo, Build 4 India, Buildmat, IMME, GMME,
World of Concrete, DIBEX, Earthcon, Real Estate and Build Tec, Constro 2018 and
The Big 5.
Two years later, in the
year 2009 CTT spread its wings and started participating in international
exhibitions outside India in neighbouring countries and then in following years
in overseas countries of Africa. Along the years, CTT regularly participated in
Nepal Buildcon, Bangladesh Buildcon, and Srilanka Buildcon. It also
participated in Uganda Buildcon, Consbuild Expo – Thailand and China
International Blocks & Bricks.
Today on an average, Karan
Communications participate in one exhibition per month i.e. around 12
exhibitions per year, including 4-5 exhibitions in foreign country, covering
the event, conduct interviews, new product launch and distribute complimentary
copy of the magazine to the visitors. Karan Communications takes pride to be
media partner in construction industry’s mega event like ‘EXCON’ and ‘BAUMA
CONEXPO’.

To strengthen its presence
not only in India but globally and thereby increasing its readership. CTT went
online and launched its website www.constructiontechnology.in

is a dynamic website providing the latest happenings and current updates on the
construction industry. The advertisers get maximum visibility as their
advertisements are displayed on the home page of the website. Currently the
website gives free access to its monthly issues and also offers digital
subscription on email and WhatsApp.
