Atlas Copco – a leader in
compressors, vacuum solutions, generators, pumps, power tools and assembly
systems, showcased its innovative range of wastewater treatment
solutions–blowers and low-pressure compressors at IFAT India 2024. It used this
opportunity to display cost-effective solutions with reduced CO2 emissions
while providing efficient and environmentally responsible solutions for
consumers.
The company offered
products including ZS blowers, ZB VSD+
high-speed turbo blowers, ZM multistage centrifugal air blowers, and exhauster.
Every product has unique features that enhance the treatment of wastewater
besides offering better control along with low breaker rates while enhancing
the energy efficiency.
The ZS blower, perfect for
compact and low-maintenance applications. ZB VSD+ high-speed turbo blowers for
large-scale aeration applications, with compressed air at low pressure and
minimum energy consumption. ZM Multistage centrifugal air blower and exhauster
for different low-pressure and vacuum demands for high-flow volumes across
various operations: air, gas, pressure, or vacuum. All these applications are
supported by advanced controllers and remote monitoring features. This helps
the operator to run his processes efficiently prevent breakdown and ensure
efficiency as well as high-quality outcomes.
Speaking on the event, Alexander Pavlov, General Manager, Atlas
Copco Compressors Customer Center in India stated, "Aerobic treatments
account for up to 70% of energy consumption in a wastewater treatment plant.
And keeping energy costs low is essential in order to reduce operational
expenses and CO2 emissions. Our blowers as well as low-pressure compressors are
made for that – with fast payback for our customers. Our in-house developed
solutions ensure that they meet the specific needs of our customers while
ensuring efficiency and reliability for sustainable wastewater treatment."
This participation
highlighted the commitment of Atlas Copco to deliver energy-efficient solutions
that promote a green and clean future during IFAT 2024.
