Rail Vikas Nigam Limited
(RVNL) secured a Rs 187.34 crore contract from Maharashtra Metro Rail
Corporation to construct six elevated metro stations in Nagpur for Phase 2 of
the Nagpur Metro Rail Project. The project, including stations like Cantonment
and Dragon Palace, is set for completion in 30 months. Concurrently, RVNL faced
fines from the BSE and NSE for non-compliance with board regulations. In Q4
FY24, RVNL reported a 33.16% rise in net profit to Rs 478.40 crore and a 17.38%
increase in revenue to Rs 6,714.01 crore.
