The Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has initiated the tender process for the
two-laning project of the Bero-Khunti section in Jharkhand. This endeavor aims
to enhance the infrastructure along the NH-143AG route, spanning from kilometer
37.400 to kilometer 85.560. The project entails widening or reconstructing the
existing road to accommodate two lanes along with paved shoulders, catering to
the growing traffic demands of the region.
Under the Engineering,
Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model, the project is slated to be
completed within 24 months, with an estimated investment of ₹363.51 crore. This
strategic endeavor is anticipated to bolster connectivity and facilitate
smoother transportation, thereby uplifting the socio-economic landscape of the
region.
