Tata Projects, India's newest infrastructure developer

Construction crews have arrived to begin work on what will be India's largest airport. The project, which is set to open in late 2024 with an initial capacity of 12 million passengers, has been hailed as one of the country's finest infrastructure investments. In many ways, the Noida International Airport served as a debut for Tata Projects. The performance of Tata Projects would serve as a barometer for the health of the infrastructure sector. In the fiscal year ended March 2022, the company lost Rs605 crore on a revenue of Rs13,758 crore. The government has increased capital spending by 57% to Rs1.75 lakh crore.
