Reliance MET City Appoints Manish Jaiswal as Chief Executive Officer
New CEO to Lead Business Expansion, Investment
Attraction and Integrated Industrial-Urban Development in Haryana

Delhi, 14 September 2026: Reliance MET City, the integrated industrial and urban development
initiative of Model Economic Township Limited (METL), a wholly owned subsidiary
of Reliance Industries Limited, has appointed Manish Jaiswal as Chief
Executive Officer (CEO).
In his
new role, Jaiswal will lead the overall business and growth strategy of
Reliance MET City, overseeing industrial, residential and commercial
development. His responsibilities will include attracting new investments and
businesses, strengthening the development pipeline, expanding the integrated
ecosystem across asset classes and driving strategic partnerships.
Jaiswal
will also spearhead business expansion initiatives as Reliance MET City
continues to develop as a major economic and urban destination in the National
Capital Region (NCR).
Two Decades of Real Estate Leadership
Jaiswal
brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, with
expertise spanning business strategy, project development, revenue growth,
sales and marketing, land transactions, fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Before
joining Reliance MET City, he served as CEO of Eldeco Group, where he
was involved in scaling the group’s multi-city development platform across
North India.
He has
also served as CEO of Tribeca Developers, where he was associated with
the development of Trump-branded real estate projects.

8,250-Acre Integrated Development
Spread
across approximately 8,250 acres in Jhajjar, Haryana, Reliance MET City
is planned as an integrated, master-planned development combining industrial,
residential and commercial zones.
The
development has attracted companies from multiple sectors and geographies and
includes a dedicated Japanese Industrial Township, adding to its focus
on international investment and industrial development.
With its
integrated infrastructure and multi-use development model, the project is
positioned to bring together manufacturing, business, residential and
supporting urban infrastructure within a single economic ecosystem.
Academic and Professional Credentials
Jaiswal
holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology
(NSIT), Delhi University, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of
Management Calcutta.
His
appointment comes as Reliance MET City continues to expand its industrial and
urban development platform and strengthen its position within the NCR’s
emerging economic landscape.
