Mana Verdant Terraces combines four green towers, stepped terraces, vertical landscaping and more than 70 lifestyle amenities within an eight-acre nature-led residential community in East Bengaluru.

Mana Projects has announced the launch of Mana Verdant Terraces, a premium residential development in Doddakananahalli Village, Varthur Hobli, East Bengaluru. Spread across eight acres, the project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,724.72 crore.

The development will comprise approximately 630 residences, offering a total saleable area of nearly 12 lakh sq. ft. It will feature spacious 3 BHK homes ranging from 1,910 to 2,700 sq. ft., with prices starting at ₹2.50 crore. The project is expected to generate revenue potential of approximately ₹1,500 crore over its lifecycle.
