The 10.5-acre development in Sector 63A will feature more than 600 spacious three- and four-bedroom residences

Gurugram: Elevate Homes, the integrated residential development platform established by Hines and Conscient Infrastructure, is set to develop a premium residential project in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.

Spread across 10.5 acres, the proposed development will offer approximately two million sq. ft. of saleable area. The project is scheduled for launch later in 2026, subject to receiving the required approvals.

Globally Inspired, Nature-Led Design

Designed by globally recognised architecture firm Benoy, the project is envisioned as a landmark premium residential address that combines contemporary international architecture with nature-led planning and thoughtfully curated wellness experiences.

The development will offer more than 600 spacious three- and four-bedroom residences, with an emphasis on liveability, wellness, sustainability and efficient use of space.

Elevate Homes Expands NCR Portfolio

This will be the third residential development undertaken by Elevate Homes, following two ongoing projects in Gurugram and Delhi.

With the addition of the Sector 63A development, the company’s active residential portfolio in the National Capital Region will exceed ₹17,000 crore in Gross Development Value (GDV). The expanding portfolio strengthens Elevate Homes’ position within India’s premium residential development segment.
