Aparna Popat Ved and Prabhjeet Singh bring expertise in performance, technology, strategy and organisational growth

JSW One Platforms has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of Aparna Popat Ved and Prabhjeet Singh as Independent Directors.

The appointments come as JSW One Platforms enters its next phase of expansion, with the company focused on scaling its technology, distribution and financial services capabilities across India’s manufacturing and construction ecosystem, particularly among MSMEs.

The additions are also expected to broaden the Board’s expertise across technology, talent, strategy and governance.

Strengthening Leadership for the Next Growth Phase

Commenting on the appointments, Gaurav Sachdeva, Joint Managing Director & CEO, JSW One Platforms, said the company’s next stage of growth requires a broad range of perspectives to support the development of a technology-led organisation.

“As JSW One enters its next phase of growth, it is important that our Board brings together the breadth of perspectives needed to build a technology-led, high-performance organisation at scale.”

He said Aparna Popat Ved’s experience in mentoring high-performance teams and her perspectives on resilience and goal-driven execution would contribute to talent and culture development at JSW One.

He also highlighted Prabhjeet Singh’s experience in scaling technology platforms in India, including his previous association with McKinsey & Company and Uber India.

Aparna Popat Ved Brings Performance and Leadership Experience

Aparna Popat Ved is a two-time Olympian and three-time Commonwealth Games medallist. She received the Arjuna Award in 2005.

She holds an MBA and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Eternal Limited and Hero FinCorp Limited. She has also co-founded All Is Well of Meboki Technologies Private Limited and previously served as an Executive Director of the Olympians Association of India.

Her professional and sporting experience brings perspectives on performance culture, resilience, leadership and talent development to the JSW One Platforms Board.

Prabhjeet Singh Adds Technology and Strategy Expertise

Prabhjeet Singh brings experience in strategy and management, with a focus on businesses operating in India.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Singh has received the Young Alumni Achiever Award and the Kollengode V. Srinivas Award for Best PGP Allrounder from IIM Ahmedabad.

His previous professional associations include McKinsey & Company, Inc. and Uber Systems India Private Limited, adding experience in strategy, technology platforms and business scaling to the Board.

The appointments strengthen JSW One Platforms’ Board as the company continues to build an integrated technology, commerce and financial services platform serving India’s manufacturing and construction ecosystem.
