Adani Renewable Holding Four Raises Two Arms.
Adani Green Energy said its arm had formed two new entities. The two subsidiary companies are Adani Renewable Energy Forty-Four Ltd (ARE44L) & Adani Renewable Energy Forty-Eight Ltd (ARE48L), based on a BSE filing.
Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four Limited has two new subsidiaries, it said. The new subsidiary will create, develop, convert, distribute, transmit, sell, and provide electricity or electrical energy utilising wind, solar, or other renewable sources.
It stated that new subsidiaries were created in India and registered with the Gujarat Registrar of Companies in Ahmedabad on October 11, 2022.
