The Union transport ministry plans to establish a 32-kilometer road connecting Noida International Airport (Jewar) and Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport. The project, estimated at Rs 3,000 crore, aims to enhance travel efficiency and complement the upcoming Metro Rail system. It will integrate with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and include a six-lane expressway to facilitate smoother transportation. A ground transportation center (GTC) near Jewar airport is also proposed for seamless integration of various transportation modes.
