The Hyderabad Airport, one of the busiest airports in the nation, is now undergoing a makeover to accommodate the growing number of regular people using the facility.

At this time, the airport can service 21 million people every year. It is anticipated that after renovating the airport, it will have the capacity to handle 34 million passengers annually, and additional local and international planes will depart from Shamsabad.

After the renovation, the airport will have 149 check-in desks, 26 security screening machines with ATRS, and 44 immigration counters. The cost of revamping the airport would be estimated to be more than sixty billion dollars.
