Can you elaborate more on your alliances with Cesan?
Kaushik has delivered 45 plants since its tie-up with Cesan in 2014.
Kaushik-Cesan Asphalt batch mix plants are designed for maximum efficiency and minimum operation cost. The plant can reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and improve efficiencies by reducing fuel consumption with its completely self-designed dryer, which operates on the basic principle of heat transfer to the aggregate. For each ton of asphalt, a minimum one liter of fuel can be saved. The modular design plants are easier to install and can be dismantled within two to three days. Our program logic-controlled plants enable operators to optimize operation. Critical components sourced from reputed manufacturers, especially the gears of Turkish origin, ensure reliability of the equipment. The fabricated grilled material made at our plant is based on Cesan's European standards for durability and safety. The plants work safely at sites as they have stringent production checks. That apart, the plants are capable of taking 15-20% of RAP materials.
With low operating costs and moderate cost of spare parts, our batch mix plants ensure cost-effectiveness.
Our asphalt batch mix plants are available in different sizes and configurations. These plants help contractors develop hot mix asphalt with the use of discontinuous process coupled with perfectly weighing technology. We are ramping up manufacturing capacity to produce plants up to 300 TPH. Kaushik Cesan is expanding its plant zero error based on the requirements of Indian road contractors and currently produces plants of 120-160 TPH. However, to take on the growing demand for bigger capacity plants from contractors involved in bigger projects, we are ramping up our manufacturing capacities in Ahmedabad and Sanand facilities to produce plants of 240-300TPH. Along with producing higher capacity plants, the facility will be able to produce three plants per month as compared to two units at present.
