In the coming years, the Indian government plans to develop a total of 66,117 km of roads under different programs. How does your company plan to meet the demand arising out of such forthcoming developments?
We have augmented our manufacturing facilities at Patna and Haridwar with additional capabilities and have also added few more variants of our Asphalt Plants, Self Loading Concrete Mixers, Concrete Batching Plants and Bitumen Pressure Distributors to meet the demand and aspirations of customers.
What new innovations are being designed at your end to raise the efficiency of your plant/equipment?
Innovation, improvisation and value engineering is hallmark of our company. Choice of modulating burners for Asphalt Plants to run on diesel, waste oil and gases, baghouse for emissions of less than 5 mg/m³, Wet Mix Macadam Plant to use cold emulsion, Concrete Plants to use different types of admixtures, Self Loading Concrete Mixers with weighing and batching unit, etc. etc.
Most of the Plants/Equipments are in action at a distant location in the country? How do you provide your services to resolve the problems of your contractors?
Customer satisfaction is a thing of past, now we are working on “Customer Delight” by providing onsite service to our customers. Our after sales support network is spread across the length and breadth of country to provide on time, every time customer support to our users.
Let us know about the automation of your Plant/ Equipment?
Our plants are equipped with latest version of PLC, SCADA and other software to ease out hassles of manual or semi-automatic operations.
Several of our plants can be operated and monitored remotely by one experienced person sitting in HQ and control the quality and quantity of mix produced
What new product/services have you added in the recent past to give extended services to your customers?
We have added variants of Asphalt and Concrete Plants in recent past to cater to different segments of road and building construction organisation.
To name a few, we have Asphalt plants upto 200 tph capacities, stationary, portable and mobile versions of Concrete Batch Mix Plants, Decanters for melting of bitumen from barrels, emulsion based Pothole Repairing Machine, Trolley Mounted Bitumen Pressure Distributors, Hydraulic Road Sweepers, etc.
