What was your overall experience of the bauma Conexpo India 2023?

Everything we needed was here,

We builtup relationships with other contractors, construction leaders, interacted with participants, potential tourists, trade partners and investors. We got a reliable pool of interested customers that we reach out to after the show.

Your participation in the expo was new to you? What did you learn and retain about the expo and the competitors?

Well we are participating in the bauma conexpo since 2004, and each time we have much more to learn and improve our services for our existing clients and also come up with innovative ideas and technologies. We had analysed real time market competitions and compare the competitor’s strength and weakness, we had also welcome our competitors at our booth and shared information about new and improved Asphalt Batch Mix Plant (Capacity ranging from 90 TPH to 240 TPH), Nadler Strassentechnik, Germany Grouting technology with equipment and many more.

How many products or services were displayed at the bauma Conexpo India 2023? How was the response?

This year we showcase our new and improved ASPHALT BATCH MIX PLANT (Capacity ranging from 90 TPH to 240 TPH).

Nadler Strassentechnik, displayed their latest GROUTING TECHNOLOGY WITH EQUIPMENT and solvent free asphalt products.

Our foreign principals, BOAT LIFT, ITALY, presented their Remote controlled Gantry Cranes and Self Propelled Trailers.

BITUMEN DRUM MELTING UNIT (capacity 3 to 10 ton).

Boomer uses hydraulic functionality of tractor/loader.

Brief us in detail about your latest products, which were displayed at the expo

Asphalt Batch Mix Plant (Capacity ranging from 90 TPH to 240 TPH) range manufactured with technological tie-up from Turkey and as per European quality standards which is unmatched technology and quality by competitors. Our high world-class technology, fuelefficient burners result in lower fuel consumption, our baghouse filters enable better pollution control. We provide an Aggregate Bypass system for dusty aggregates. Our vertical design rugged twin shaft mixer provides superior mixing with fast cycle times. Our asphalt batch mix plant occupies less space and is cheaper to own and operate as compared to our competitors.

Also our foreign principals, Nadler Strassentechnik, Germany, will be displayed their latest Grouting technology with equipment and solvent free asphalt products for Joints and Cracks Repairs. Our foreign principals, Boat Lift, Italy, will present their Remote controlled Gantry Cranes and Self Propelled Trailers, particularly for precast Concrete Product Handling and Lifting.

About our BITUMEN DRUM MELTING UNIT (capacity 3 to 10 ton) is used for taking Bitumen out of drums and heating up Bitumen used by Thermic oil Heater. It is very effective than batch type drum melting system which is greatly saves energy sources. Manpower and eco- friendly. Khushik Bitumen Drum Melting Unit (Decanter) designed for reliable and easy operation.

Last but not least Kaushik Robust sweeper, truly Hydraulic with European technology introduced f i r s t time In India.100% power being used for faster and better cleaning. Sweeper, is running with hydraulic Motor which achieves variable speed by vehicle (tractor} accelerator as per the need. We use specially designed Polypropylene brushes which puts lesser pressure on motor and vehicle-'s hydraulic functionality, elongates life of brushes and makes the brush stick to sweeper shaft for sturdy movement. Kaushik Robust Sweeper is virtually maintenance free machine as only hydraulic motor is needed to run the machine through tractor v ehicle used with solid zero maintenance tyres.
