In the coming years, the Indian government plans to develop a total of 66,117 km of roads under different programs. How does your company plan to meet the demand arising out of such forthcoming developments?
We are always prepared to meet the growing demands and the changing trends in the market. Predicting the growing demand in the market we have almost doubled our production capacity in the last couple of months. Also by hiring more staff we are able to cater all the needs of our customers with minimum breakdown time.
What new innovations are being designed at your end to raise the efficiency of your plant/equipment?
With respect to improving the efficiency of the plant we have changed the mixer design which would reduce the cycle run time of the batch and thereby increase the output. Also we have changed the pollution control system to pulse jet bag house system which minimises pollution.These factors enhance the overall efficiency of the plant and makes it a ECO plant.
Most of the Plants/Equipments are in action at a distant location in the country? How do you provide your services to resolve the problems of your contractors?
Though our plants are located across the country, prompt and quick service is the major differentiating factor between us and other market players. We have huge service team which utilises the modern transportation facilities to reach any part of the country within less than 24 hrs.
Let us know about the automation of your Plant/ Equipment?
Our plant is fully automated with control panels of technologically advanced brands like B&R, Siemens. The control panel is SCADA enabled which helps us to take the control and resolve any software related issue from any location with the help of internet.
What new product/services have you added in the recent past to give extended services to your customers?
We have recently started manufacturing concrete batching plants in capacities ranging from 30m3-120m3, keeping in view of the increased emphasis on concrete projects in our country. Also we are going to launch another product Transit mixers in the month of September,2018 . With the existing Asphalt products expertise and our new concrete products expertise which is added benefit helps us to become the total solution provider for our customers.
