Unipave Engineering Products is manufacturer of paver since 1973 its been a long jorney which the foundation stone start by my Grand Father Shri Hansrajbhai Surelia with the name of United Fabricator later it converts in the name of Unitor Engineering Products and then in 1998 again the name changes and knew in the market as Unipave Engineering Products. My father Praful Surelia is a second-generation successor under my grand father guidance and he design 1st indigenous Sensor Paver in India ESP-05. And now I am looking after the Unipave under my father's guidance and with my Grandfather's blessings and today we have more then 1350 + paver working all over India and abroad successfully.

In India we are the only Indian manufacturer with wide range of paver and numbers of paver in the market. Earlier Apollo was there but now its Amman so now its Unipave a pure Indian Company. We have wide range of pavers in both mechanical and Sensor series. In mechanical we have 4 models, the price is increased by its facility we provide. In mechanical we have one latest model HAP-045HD which we manufactured since last 3 years which has hydraulic drive for conveyor and travelling instead of giving typical mechanical type system which has tyre coupling system and clutch plates which are require more maintenance. Today we have more demand for HAP-045HD because of gearless system and less maintenance.

In Sensor Paver we have 4 variants. Our sensor paver service is starts from 4.5 meter model ESP-045 then model ESP-05 which has capacity to lay  5.5 and 6 meters and the our latest Innovation ASP-075 which has capacity of laying 7.5 meters so we have total 8 models in our product range and all are approved from ARAI which is the biggest in the market. 

You are right ASP-075 is really a beast. The machine is having an Engine of 158 HP. The complete machine is design and manufactured with international standards. The gear box we used in the machine is totally new design and its design by my Father Praful Surelia, truly Genius. We Proud of him for the excellent desing. ASP-075 main control panel is design and made by MOBA Gmbh Germany which is a game changer in the machine. ASP-075 is having 2.75 meter basic screed width and with hydraulic extension up to 4.9 meter then up to 7.5 meter you can extend by bolt. The good thing is we provide Vibration and Compaction up to 7.5 meter with Electric heating system which help to smooth and easy finishing likewise we also Provide separate drive for conveyor and auger which is controlled by Moba sensors. The machine has two grade and one slope sensor from Moba which called Matic sensor different from normal sensor which we used in our other sensor models. The machine is also capable to synchronized with Big ski Sensor from Moba. All over machine cost-effective compare to other players here I am talking about International brands.

ASP-075 is having ergonomic design, highest quality standard components, sturdy build quality and it has some functional advantages which are generally present in international branded pavers. Despite of it, the machine is an economical option to Indian road contractors. So, with ASP-075, Indian road contractors can pave roads with ease and accuracy. Also due to its build quality, the paver will give high uptime, performance and finishing.

For service support, we have service department with skilled engineers and it is managed directly from our head office in Ahmedabad. We have also appointed dealers at Kolkata, Bhubaneswar and Madurai for sales and service support. For spare parts of our machines, customer has to contact our service department or our dealer and the required parts are provided or dispatched through courier services. Our service engineer provides training to paver operator at the time of the commissioning of the paver finisher with instructions for maintenance of the machine.
