The year 2019 was not so good for the company. There were some recessionary trends in the country and we were quite affected by the trend of the economy.

As you know we are popularly known as KERB MAKER PEOPLE, we are trying to encase on this image. We have tried and focused more on sales and meeting our potential customers. We have tried to analyse their future needs and anticipated their future requirements once the market conditions became neutral. We have also learnt more about their prospects and tried to innovate solutions that may suit their future requirements.

We have also stepped up our R&D to bring in more value for our customers.

We also participated in many exhibitions and events to meet more and more prospects.

We also calibrated and upgraded our production machineries and pressed in our service engineers to service our customers who are using our machines. In doing so we received good response and orders for our spare/parts/components.

Presently we have fleet of service engineers who serve our wide customer base throughout India. This effort is bringing in good results. We build excellent rapport with our customers.

We are here to give gentle reminders to our customers about our product/services.

We have added some new sensors in our products to enhance the productions capabilities; We are selling this to our both new and old customers.

As mentioned earlier we have added some IT enabled features like sensors to our machines 

We are so happy to receive new business enquiries from both our old and new customers here at EXCON. We are confident the year 2020 will bring good business prospects for us.

The participation here at EXCON has served many purposes. Apart for boosting our enthusiasm EXCON really helps building our brand to great extent.
