Our Asphalt Paver Finisher Machines has successfully worked in tough conditions on several reputed projects of India and on foreign land for several decades. Aligning with the government norms, we came up with UWP series asphalt pavers using BS4 Engines and developed two models namely UWP3A and UWP03. All the CMVA (Central Motor Vehicle Act) norms are followed and machines are test and certified by ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India).

UWP series is equipped with 74.5 hp Kirloskar make water cooled electric start diesel engine. Salient features like hydrostatic transmission for traction and hydraulic drive system for conveyor, hydrostatic drive for traction gives stepless speed from zero to maximum; no clutches and only two gears, low for working and high for travelling. It avoids the grimness and breakdowns of conventional mechanical paver.

UWP series with upgraded technology, added safety features, low maintenance cost and a quality product helps our customers to minimize their project costs. Design and capacity features are laying capacity of 150 TPH; basic paving width of 2.5 meter which is hydraulically extendable up to 4.5 meter; suitable for laying bituminous, wet mix, GSB and DLC material with laying thickness up to 200 mm; double side operator seats with sliding control panel; two types of brakes better working visibility; emergency controls; reverse conveyor movement, socket for material control system, manual over ride for conveyor, thickness adjustment with scale and many more. Model UWP3A is equipped with MOBA, German make electronic sensor devices for slope & grade control. We are getting appreciation and positive feedback from all our customers.

We have designed, manufactured, supplied and successfully commissioned paver Model VP-05-D, tandem roller Model UT-45 and PTR Model UNTR-7 for paving and compacting on parabolic surface including transit portion for test track. The machinery has given satisfactory results and completed the projects successfully. Needless to say this machinery is first in India and very few manufacturers provide this solution internationally.
