As problems arises, you will naturally search for the solutions but you have to make sure about casting a wide net and look into all the possible solutions.

Alltech Industries have geared up in advanced plants as we had acted on this surge in demand by starting the manufacturing of high-end 200, 240 TPH asphalt batch mix plants, which will cater the road construction companies to produce large quantity of hot mix in minimum time. Our 5 200 TPH & 240 TPH asphalt plants have been successfully producing optimum quality hot mix on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and we are looking forward to proceed with the same for the upcoming projects like the Delhi-Katra and Ganga Expressway.

What were the primary complaints or queries concerning products or services that you faced during the pandemic?

The COVID-19 Pandemic and the measures taken to limit the Spread of the Disease have significantly affected the economic activity in countries around the world resulting in Significant business.

The Closure of the manufacturing plants and the other places of business resulted in serious business losses.

Mainly we heard the complaints of people not getting services in their Existing Machineries due to travelling and all issues, so we had resolved that issue by providing services with our own vehicles throughout the country as well as we are providing the products which will incur less maintenance so that even we are not required for the same.

In this critical situation, how convenient did our firm make it for you to stand out in a crowded market of competition?

In these Critical conditions, we get through our target market with the solutions and that was the good way to get more participants.

To stand out in a crowded market of competition we have started with a great website, managed our local listings, out of the Box Promotional ideas for our Asphalt Batch mix plant. We also promoted our products on social media. Regular focus on reviews –one of the best ways to help business stand out. Designed & Manufactured Asia’s First Micro Surfacing Machine which will cater the requirements of road maintenance.

Is there a new product or service that your company has been attempting to implement in the last two years? What new products and services are you going to introduce to the market?

Our Products, Services and Machinery has helped Road Contractors to build roads of utmost quality, Showing resilience comfort and long life.

We have now entered with the New Micro Surfacing Machine “UNISURFACE 8000”. Micro Surfacing is a cost-effective Surface treatment to improve the Road Surface and Seal Minor Cracks and Irregularities. It is an Environment-friendly alternative as it requires relatively low energy, emits no pollutants, and is applied at ambient temperatures. Alltech Make UNISURFACE 8000 Machine is based on high tech Design, to keep the Plant at Low Maintenance / to keep the plant free of Maintenance. So, ALLTECH is the Brand for Innovation and Reliability.

We have successfully supplied Micro surfacing machines in India and we are the first-ever Indian manufacturer to design and build the Micro Surfacing machine in India.

Until now the machines were directly being imported either from Europe or USA.

But we anyhow are taking orders against these tough competitors.

After the first supply, we got 3 straightaway orders from Indian road contractors.

How did you and your company manage to remain stable in the current economic crisis, which has raised the bar for the cost of raw materials?

The world economic Situation warns that economic crisis remains strong, these risks could inflict severe and long-lasting damage on development prospect. A dynamic and inclusive global economy is essential to meet the ambitious targets for sustainable development.

Alltech Group just did what they are known for, we used this tough time for utilising it to manufacture and design new products as well as stand as a Make in India Brand which can cater qualities and services like a MNC. Current economic Crisis helped us to prepare for what can come later and for what we should be prepared.
