Introducing TH Company India: Revolutionizing Natural Resource Processing
In a recent interview, Mr. Satyabrata Misra, Country General
Manager of TH Company India, unveiled
their mission to transform natural resource processing. As an international
industrial powerhouse, they specialize in top-notch mining, industrial
processes, and fishing equipment. The crown jewel of their offerings is the Wet
and Dry Sand Plants, delivering impeccable M-Sand production and remarkable
water recovery. Prepare to witness a paradigm shift in resource processing
excellence.
Give
us a brief overview of the company's mission, vision, and core values.
TH COMPANY is an
international industrial company that helps its customers to process natural
resources efficiently through the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of
equipment and installations for mining, industrial processes, and fishing.
After several years of
intense mining activity in the country, TH COMPANY decided to open a subsidiary
in India, to become closer to its Indian customers and to reinforce its world
class customer service on the Asia Pacific region.
The office located in
Kolkata, belongs to the company´s TH business unit and provides rocks and minerals
processing solutions for the mining, industrial minerals and aggregates
industries. TH also provides a wide array of services ranging from plant audits
to the supply of spare parts, operation & maintenance and technical
assistance.
Specifically, for the
aggregate industry, TH offers complete rock, gravel, sand washing, drying &
dewatering solutions. Also TH in India, under Cemtec license supplies grinding
solutions to industrial minerals sector like Quartz, Feldspar etc.
Over 50 years of experience
and a continual emphasis on innovation have made TH's technology a worldwide
benchmark. TH currently works with some of the world's leading mining
Companies, and its solutions and equipment have been successfully implemented
all over the world.
How
TH Wet and Dry Sand Plants stand out in terms of its features and performance
and what are some of its notable applications in processing industry?
TH offers complete M-Sand
Washing solutions, which combines advanced washing & sizing technology with
unique paste thickening to allow our customers to produce high-quality
M-Sand as well as assure > 90 % of
water recovery, reduce operation costs and be environment friendly. Washing
Plants can be supplied as a 50 – 350 TPH complete washing solution (Washing
& Sizing & Thickening) or as unique Washing Compact Units (Washing
& Sizing) depending on our customer needs.Â
TH also offers Dry
Classification Solutions for M-Sand (Special Sands) production. TH pneumatic
separators are designed for the separation of fine particles, between 45 ÎĽM and
200 ÎĽM present in the feed material /Crusher dust. They are the ideal solution
for M-Sand production in regions with scarcity of water.
Can
you discuss the key features and benefits of TH Process Engineering's NK-CL
Paste thickener, and how does it compare to other types of thickeners on the
market?
The NK-CL paste
thickeners produce underflows concentrated to near their limit of pumpability,
improving underflow densities of conventional thickeners. Their design
maximizes pulp concentration, produces uniform, non-segregating underflow
slurry with a paste consistency, and obtains better quality recycled water that
it can be recirculated into the process. The paste thickeners include an
exclusive scrapers system able to work with high density slurry.
How
does TH Process Engineering's WG compact washing plant help to maximize
efficiency and minimize water consumption in the processing of various
materials, and what sets it apart from other washing plants?
WCG & WGH compact
washing plants have been designed to wash, size and recover sand, wash
minerals, concentrate tailings and produce high quality sand and fines for
special applications. Their compact design of this unit makes it ideal for
facilities where there is limited working space. Operating costs are lower than
that those of similar fixed plant solutions.
TH technology can provide
you with a high-quality product for special applications and do away with the
loss of fines happening with other process equipment.
The proven reliability of
TH's hydrocyclone technology means that the equipment provides unparalleled
control of silt cut points, being able to work with a wide range of cuts, right
down to 50 ÎĽm or even smaller. It is therefore ideal for high quality sand.
The WCG & WGH assure
high production ratio and are able to produce up to 4 different high-quality
products for special applications and do away with the loss of fines happening
with other process equipment, which allows to increase our customers ROI.
WCG compact washing units
can be combined with Thickening technology which will assure > 90 % of water
recovery what will allow to minimize water consumption.
Can
you describe the advantages and applications of TH Process Engineering's SN air
classifiers, and how do they improve the accuracy and precision of particle
separation in different industries?
SN air classifier are
designed to separate out fines between 45 and 200 µm from products with limited
fines content process requirements. The air classifiers have been designed for
dry processing of manufactured asphalt and concrete and glass sands. They are
also ideal for obtaining high quality sand at facilities where it is not
possible to use water in cleaning processes.
They work autonomously
with a closed internal air circuit and require no ancillary equipment
(cyclones, fans, or filters). This means that considerable savings can be made.
With a single (SN-S) or double (SN-D) rotor configuration, the SN air
separators permit greater adjustment in separation without stopping the unit
and thus provides a better quality end product. Various equipment coatings
& linings are also available depending on the product to be processed and
on the process requirements.
How
do TH Process Engineering's WSC wet vibrating screen stands out in terms of its
design and functionality, and what are some of the key applications of these
products in different processing industries?
WSC wet vibrating screens
for sizing and washing gravel and sand for various applications including aggregates,
industrial minerals and CDW recycling. Its controlled counter current spray
wash water system effectively removes fine and sterile particles, producing
high value end product and ensuring outstanding screening performance.
Their design makes WSC
wet vibrating screens highly reliable and productive.
The wet vibrating screens
are designed to distribute loads evenly and thus ensure smooth running,
conducive to the obtaining of constant grading curves whatever type of material
is being processed. The incorporation of spray nozzles maximises product
washing and helps redistribute fines across the screening surface area.
WSC wet vibrating screens are low maintenance and are configured for easy access to wear parts. This reduces maintenance costs and makes the job of operators easier.
