Are you going to participate in the upcoming Excon Exhibition 2022? What new products are you going to introduce to the market?
Yes, we will be attending the upcoming Excon 2022. This time, we will introduce the "J model Gearbox" in the SMSR Gearbox, as well as make new changes to our product in response to new technology. We have established unmatched quality, performance, dependability, and durability standards.
It's been a long time between 2019 and 2022 to be here at Excon 2022. What do you think of the company's overall performance?
During this time, we researched how to deal with new technology and how to provide our customers with new and improved high-quality products. We are now at the point where we can meet the needs of the buyer. Our team has now become experts in managing extensive management and engineering experience in the bulk material handling industry, which helps us manage the needs of our customers.
Everyone has been affected by the pandemics over the last two years. Describe how challenging it was for you to remain stable in the market.
Problems continue to arise, and we would not have made it this far if we had simply sat and watched. We have gone through this period with strength and courage and a single goal in mind: to be the best in whatever situation we find ourselves in. And, yes, our initiatives and contributions to improving product quality or meeting market demands have not stopped, even during the pandemic.
How did you and your company manage to stay stable in the current economic situation that gave rise to the demand for and cost of raw materials?
One aspect of the business is rising prices. Despite the rising demand and rising prices, our company has been able to meet the needs of buyers thanks to our experienced team.
Tell us about a new innovation that your organisation has implemented or plans to implement.
With our new factory unit, we will be able to produce automatic machinery in a short period of time. Our stringent quality processes, modern manufacturing facilities, and excellent infrastructure ensure that we meet each and every commitment on time, every time. Our Quality Assurance Program ensures stringent quality control standards from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging. We are still learning, and our goal is to improve the customer's convenience.
