VENUS TECHNO EQUIPMENT emphasises in the interview how they overcame the challenges and created a new product that will benefit consumers since customer satisfaction is their main priority.
Are you going to participate in the upcoming Excon Exhibition 2022? What new products are you going to introduce to the market?
Yes, we will debut our self-loading concrete mixer with capacities of 4 CuM, 3 CuM, 2 CuM. A new Venus equipment invention has been developed for a location where electricity is not available. Therefore, we integrated the diesel with a unique self-reversible drum mixer, requiring only one unit to be carried instead of a separate DG and machine.
It's been a long time between 2019 and 2022 to be here at Excon 2022. What do you think of the company's overall performance?
Over the last three years, our company's fortunes have been volatile. While we did well prior to COVID, our dispatches suffered during COVID, despite a healthy order book. The post-COVID scenario has seen our company bounce back with vigour, which has restored positive vibes within the company, as well as with our clientele. We hope to capitalise on this optimism this year and are on track to set a new record for revenue.
Everyone has been affected by the pandemics over the last two years. Describe how challenging it was for you to remain stable in the market.
It's been a challenging moment for everyone, but keeping our heads held high was the most brave thing our entire team could do. As a result of the turmoil, the overall price of raw materials has risen. We had some challenges during the lockdown, but owing to the efforts of the entire Venus crew, we were able to recover and cover a lot more territory than the previous year.
How did you and your company manage to stay stable in the current economic situation that gave rise to the demand for and cost of raw materials?
Venus never believes in sacrificing quality. However, due to the high cost of raw materials, the overall product rate should be increased in this case. But seeing the market rates and the competition around the market for cost-cutting and delivering the products, we did our best to give what we could without compromising on the quality of the products.
Tell us about a new innovation that your organisation has implemented or plans to implement.
This year, we have added a concrete pump with a 2/3 variation and a transit mixer with a drum capacity of 7 and 8 Cum.
The CP 36 stationary concrete batching plant, the CCp 36 & Eco 36 mobile concrete batching plants, and the ultra 2.0 & ultra 3.0 self-loading concrete mixers are the three new models we are introducing.
