Kindly let us know about the range of your self-loading mixers?
Wherever concrete is produced and moved, Schwing Stetter's self-loading mixers are employed – SLM 2200, SLM 4000 (Slewing and Non slewing versions). Stetter self-loading mixer is the result of experience gained over decades accompanied by permanent advancement and optimization. Stetter self-loading mixer is off highway rough terrain machine which can be operated by one person. The machine comes with electronic weigh batching and has a typical concrete output of 12 to 14 m3 / hr.

Schwing Stetter's self-loading mixers come with a number of unique features. Some of them being:
• Engine - 4 cylinder, water cooled, turbo-charged after cooler diesel engine - 80.9kw @ 2500 rpm.
• Shovels - Hydraulic cylinders activate 600l capacity loading shovel. Single joystick control for easy loading and quick unloading shovel gate operations.
• Transmission - 4-wheel drive, 4 speed automotive type hydrostatic transmission. electrohydraulic control for “slow” & “fast” speeds and “inching operation”.
• Drum - Hydrostatic drum drive with high rotation for homogenous mix, drum lift and slew for discharge concrete all around the machine on any terrain.
• E-Weigh Batching - The different aggregate, sand, cement can be weighed accurately by the electronic weigh batching system.
• Ergonomic Controls - Ease of operation by conveniently located electronic/ hydraulic switches, each for travel, gear shift and drum rotation. hand lever provided for drum lift and drum slewing, joy stick provided for shovel arm lift, shovel tilt and shovel gate operation.
• Gradeability - High level of gradeability to make tough environment look easy.
• Operator seat - 180 rotatable seat for operator. The operator can face loading side during weigh batching and discharge operations.
• Steering - Hydraulic 3 way steering; front wheel steering, all wheel steering and crab steering to operate in narrow spaces.
• Water System - The water system with electronic meter for high accuracy & control of water. 900L capacity water tanks with self-priming 230 lpm pump.

Schwing Stetter's Self-loading mixers are successfully deployed worldwide wherever handling vast quantities of concrete are involved. As a group, we invest 2% of our revenue in R&D. In India specifically we invest a lot of time and resources on the development of new products, new aggregates and in developing advanced control system, IoT, etc. The introduction and launch of many new products recurrently during every exhibition be it Bauma Conexpo India or Excon is evident that Schwing Stetter India invests a lot on innovation. We also work very closely with our customers and keep getting feedback from them on a regular basis, which fuels the thought process of our design and automation engineers. Schwing Stetter India recently launched 12 new product and technology innovations at the recently concluded Bauma CONEXPO India 2018, New Delhi and SLM 2200 and SLM 4000 were two of them.
Who are your buyers? Large/medium size contractors or entry level contractors?
Infrastructure projects equipment providers are Schwing Stetter equipment buyer of different levels: Large, medium, entry level contractors, hiring and rental companies. We are also active in RMC machine business.
With high mobility and uncertainty of location how do you reach out for aftermarket services?
Schwing Stetter India has 29 sales offices, 30 spares offices and 9 service centers in India. We have more than 300 service engineers who strengthen us. In addition, we have a project department, training centre which strengthen us even more. Schwing Stetter India provides after sales service and spares from its branches located across the country. Schwing Stetter India's service centres are located in Chennai, Hyderabad, Vizag, Manesar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Bengaluru and well-trained resident service engineers at Hubli, Trichy, Madurai, Nellore, Goa, Nasik, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Siliguri, Uttarakhand, Rajkot, Dahej and many more.
The service centre located in different strategic locations also offers services like overhauling of all range of equipment from minor to major, periodic maintenance, conversion, mounting, insurance handling, retro fitment, repainting of equipment, etc. Our company also offers annual maintenance contract, operation & maintenance packages, turn-key projects re-erection and commissioning of batching plant. We also buy back old machines, upgrade them and resale with limited warranty; these used machines are also sold to new upcoming customers.
