How was the year 2019 for your company?
The year 2019 was excellent for us. We exceeded over previous year's performance.
We understand there were recessionary trends in the country however we were not affected. Thanks to our customers who gave us excellent sales response.
Did you make major changes in your company to combat recessionary trend prevalent in the country?
DEBOTRINICS is known for High Quality Standards, pursuing excellence in design, manufacturing and delivering products with 100% dedication passion.
Our endeavour is always customer centric and we always put customers in centre. Thus there we have growing sales and are not affected by the recessionary trends.
Any breaking news for this EXCON-2019? What product/services are on display here at this Exhibition?
Yes we are emphasising more and more on data storages capacity which enable our customers have different analysis to help them enhance their production capacity.
We have displayed our R. M. Panel here at EXCON which can automatically configure with the server.
There are also other exciting features like it is PLC HMI based with Indicator facilities that display the parameters for information and recall.
The prices are also further reduced which accommodates wider customer base and take advantage of newer features which we have incorporated.
Have you added any new features lately to delight your customers?
We are now ready to enter into newer industries with our control panels like the Fly Ash brick manufacturers, Passenger and Material Hoist manufacturers etc. We are enhancing the capacity of their storing data (can store 20 years data) their recalling capabilities and custom made panels for their different recepies, projects and the evaluation of the projects
What take away you are expecting from EXCON -19?
EXCON is an excellent platform to meet old and new customers and interact. We come to know so much about the customers and their future requirement. We get some excellent first hand information to incorporate newer features in our range of control panels.
Our brand is further reinforced as EXCON is ideal platform to enhance our image.
