Kindly let us know about the technical advancements your company has recently made in your Plants/Equipment to match the upcoming demand?
As you all are aware about the recent changes in life style and working pattern due to covid 19 pandemic which forced us to change our traditional living and working pattern so considering the same in our products offering now we are offering telephonic and visual assistance over calls and videos to our customer for trouble shooting the problems at site during operation and maintenance of the machines. Our all the batching plants have online support system which makes it very convenient to trouble shoot and error reporting. And now in metros there is a biggest issue of space for the batching plant set up at site so to cater the demand of particular congested site segment we have designed compact series of the concrete batching plants starting from 15 CuM/hr to 30 CuM/hr which takes minimum space for the set up at site and meet the requirement of the clients.

How has the Coronavirus affected your company's performance in the past one year?
In past one year entire world faced the problems due to corona virus and lockdowns imposed by respective governments, which affected a lot due to restricted movement of transports and people, even price hike in almost all the material also affected the final price of our entire product range but we are able to achieve growth rate of 25% in such a tough time and the credit of the same goes to support and loyalty of our customer and team work of entire terra family.

What strategy your company has adopted to reach out to your customers?
At terra we always try to provide consumer surplus and we believe in providing cost effective solution for the construction sites rather than selling stereo type products. Usually we operate through mix of dealers and company sale forces across India where by tele calling, cold calling, online marketing we try to reach our potential customers. Recently we also started social media marketing for the specific client base in selected area to build brand awareness among them. We also give equal importance to print media and occasionally give advertisement in magazines also.
