As far as the emergence for surge in Concrete built projects are concerned, KYB – Conmat is the pioneer for the Twin – Shaft Mixer Technology in India as Dams normally use bigger size aggregates and hence TSM is the ultimate solution to it. May it be projects for Dams/Barrage/Spill Ways and Canal construction, KYB – Conmat has proved to become a trusted name for all its products.

When we talk about automation of a plant, there are myriad of issues that arise while operating such huge industrial equipments. Hence it is mandatory to develop the Control Panel in such a way that it can gauge the concerns closely. Hence, we have developed a Control Panel that consists of a Rotary Handle with a locking facility to ensure personnel safety. All the terminals, fuse terminals and relay cards are screwless hence no loose connections are possible. SMPS for field and PLC is separately used for smartest fault diagnosis.
All these improvisations define the maximum cost benefits for customers as they lower the cost of operation, lower cost of maintenance and consumes minimum time for completion of tasks thus reducing cost overruns of the project.
What new product/services have you added in the recent past to give extended services to your customers?
The introduction of new products gave birth to lean manufacturing and many other strategies to enhance production but reduce minimum cost of units. We have always looked forward towards adopting marketing strategies that promote optimum utilization of resources and hence achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. A non-exhaustive list of such tools would include, Five S, Kanban (pull systems), total productive maintenance, ABC Analysis System to a priority driven system along with line production and line balance.
