For example, the MAC+ 4000 features a dual vibration and pressure-based compaction system, a 15–30 second cycle time and vibration frequency of 50–90 Hz. Its design is intended for continuous industrial production and can manufacture products up to 250 mm in height.

Revomac has also expanded into robotic automation. Its Robotic 6000 and Robotic 9000 series are engineered for high-throughput production of bricks, blocks, pavers and other concrete products. Depending on product configuration, the Robotic 6000 can achieve substantial shift production, including up to 48,000 bricks per shift under specified conditions.
