Are you going to participate in the upcoming Excon Exhibition 2022? What new products are you going to introduce to the market?
Yes, we have previously attended the EXCON exhibition, and EXCON 2022 will be a pleasant experience in terms of meeting old and new customers and learning about their current and future needs. So, yes, we will be present at the upcoming Excon Exhibition 2022 with our exclusively Indianised and manufactured in India 4 & 6 series machines. This can be an excellent opportunity for us to meet some new vendors and service providers who can help us with innovation, optimization, and increasing the value of our plant and equipment.
It's been a long time between 2019 and 2022 to be here at Excon 2022. What do you think of the company's overall performance?
Growth was halted as a result of the pandemic, but we made sure to manage it and ensured that we were not alone in our struggle. This thought motivated our company through the most difficult and unstable period of its existence.
Everyone has been affected by the pandemics over the last two years. Describe how challenging it was for you to remain stable in the market.
It was extremely difficult to manage the costs of staff, electricity, rent, rising raw material costs, and so on. By God's grace, everything was managed very smoothly, and we were able to keep our staff safe without making them feel insecure about losing their jobs during these difficult times. With all the difficulties in our way, we were able to manage everything very smoothly, which saved us at this crucial stage.
How did you and your company manage to stay stable in the current economic situation that gave rise to the demand for and cost of raw materials?
It was difficult to deal with the competition and rising demand for raw materials on the one hand, while maintaining client relations and keeping product costs low enough to sell in the market on the other. We were forced to increase our prices, but we still managed to make them as economical as our competitors in the market.
Tell us about a new innovation that your organisation has implemented or plans to implement.
We can't say it's a new innovation, but we learned to demonstrate operating plants via video calling, which empowered us to display to our customers the specific portion they wanted to see in detail at whatever time they wanted with multiple repetitive facilities.
