Tell us about a technological breakthrough that your company has implemented or intends to implement?

Our machines use green technology to produce environmentally friendly products. Our machine production capacity ranges from 8000 to 100,000 units globally and is fully automated. Concrete blocks and bricks machine manufacturing base companies are available in a variety of models based on production capacity, product shape and size, and automation grade. We priorities high quality standards in order to fully satisfy our esteemed customers. JM: Brick and block-making machines produce high-density, high-strength bricks, paver blocks, and solid blocks at a low cost. We strive to provide excellent and satisfactory after-sales service to our valued customers and thus assist them in making a profit.

What were the primary complaints or queries concerning products or services that you faced during the pandemic?

As a result, it was impossible to physically attend and solve problems during the pandemic. We used video conferencing at the time to solve customer problems and guide customers. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We try to solve customer problems in a timely manner, so that the customer's other expenses are reduced.

In this critical situation, how convenient did our firm make it for you to stand out in a crowded market of competition?

This is our first time attending a seminar with your Media partner. Let's wait and see what happens next. We are even more excited about the future. We are well-known for standing out from the crowd. It was difficult to stick to the strategy we had been using for years, but the sudden change in the market caused by the pandemic made us realis that we needed to stand firm and support those who needed it for their betterment and growth. We made certain that our strategy and goals were well received in the market.

Is there a new product or service that your company has been attempting to implement in the last two years? What new products and services are you going to introduce to the market?

We are constantly working on machine design, technology, and R & D. We are constantly improving our products and technology. We now use synchronised vibration technology as well as automated feeding, loading, and unloading systems. We're developing an automatic coring chamber system. In the final coring chamber, the product is ready in 12 hours. We're working on a new product development. In all of our company's machine products, which we provide with our new technology, we implement fully automatic systems and PLC and its base systems.

How did you and your company manage to remain stable in the current economic crisis, which has raised the bar for the cost of raw materials?

We are stable during economic downturns because of our careful planning, risk management system, and skilled engineering team. At best, we have high-quality products and prompt service. As a result, we are stable at this critical juncture.
