What is your primary objective for participating in the 4th Edition of Uganda Buildcon International Expo?

Our primary objective is to deepen our presence in the East African market, particularly Uganda, which we see as a key hub for infrastructure and real estate development. Through Uganda Buildcon, we aim to engage directly with builders, contractors, government departments, and manufacturers of precast products, to understand their on-ground requirements and offer our best-in-class rubberised PVC moulds that can help improve their production quality, reduce costs, and enhance durability.

Is this your first time exhibiting at Uganda Buildcon or have you participated previously?

We are participating for the second time at Uganda Buildcon. Our previous experience was extremely encouraging and gave us great insights into the local market needs. Building on that foundation, we are returning this year with a wider product display and a stronger intent to build long-term partnerships in Uganda and the surrounding East African region.

What outcomes or opportunities are you hoping to achieve from this edition of the expo?

We hope to identify strategic partners, distributors, and large-scale users who can benefit from our 1600+ mould designs spanning 40+ product categories. We’re also looking to consult manufacturers aiming to upgrade or scale their production capacities, and we’re open to providing turnkey solutions including machinery, training, and technical guidance. Establishing long-term relationships and receiving on-ground feedback are equally important outcomes for us.

Which products, technologies, or machinery will you be showcasing during the exhibition?

At this edition of Uganda Buildcon, we will be exclusively showcasing our rubberised PVC moulds for paver blocks—one of our most in-demand product segments in the East African market. While our physical display will focus on this core category, we will also be offering complete turnkey solutions for setting up and scaling paver block manufacturing units. This includes guidance on layout planning, sourcing of essential machinery like vibrator tables and mixers, and hands-on production training.

Are you offering any customized or innovative solutions tailored to the current needs of the African construction or infrastructure market?

Yes. Based on our engagement with over 6,600 clients globally, we understand that African manufacturers often face challenges related to mold life, finish quality, and cost of rejections. Our rubberised PVC moulds, unlike plastic or rubber moulds, offer high durability, better finish, and a longer lifespan up to 4–5 times more, which is ideal for cost-conscious and quality-focused markets. We also offer custom designs suited to local aesthetics, training on wet-casting vibro forming, and help in optimizing production layouts even for compact units.

How do you view the future of the construction and mining industries in Africa, and what role does your brand aim to play in it?

Africa is undergoing a generational transformation in terms of infrastructure, urbanization, and industrialization. With increased investments in roads, housing, and public infrastructure, the demand for quality precast products will continue to surge. At Atlantic Polymers Pvt Ltd, we see ourselves as partners in progress helping African manufacturers not just with moulds, but with the entire ecosystem: product designs, production efficiency, and skill-building. Our mission is to bring world-class manufacturing standards to Africa, tailored to local realities.
