Que. : What was the focus of your company during this EXCON 2017? Were you able to get your target audience to speak to ?
Ans. : The prime focus of ours is to expand our network in southern part of India where already in Kerala and in Telangana we are present so this time we got good inquiries for our products as well as we got a chance to meet many associates who can help us to expand our network in this area, regarding target audience we got a chance to meet our existing clients who are using our machines and we are happy to know that they are extremely happy with our services and products which they bought more to this we got good footfall of potential buyers and we are eager to convert them in positive sale.
Que. : How was the response of your prospective buyers? Did you have promises from your prospects? Were there spot sales ?
Ans. : we were not able to make any spot sales but yes we got good promises from our prospective buyers and who agreed to buy our products in couple of months and response was as expected.
Que. : Did your participation at EXCON 17 help you in sharpening your marketing strategy ?
Ans. : Yes, we had participated in Excon 2017 , It was a good experience as the clients shared their requirement and also shared their views about the upcoming infra projects which will help us to plan our marketing activity and to meet the changing demand of particular market, so overall Excon 2017 had given us many learning lessons which will help us to decide our future action plan for southern part.

Ans. : It was a good experience at excon 2017.
Que. : How do you find the overall management of EXCON 17? Any suggestion Would you like to give the organizer ?
Ans. : Excon organizers have to increase awareness of fair in general public , Change the venue if possible and invite industry related visitors , soften the guidelines in stall designing. More to this each time there is a big problem of getting cabs in those busy days due to heavy crowd so organisers should arrange shuttle bus services in enough frequency so that participants can reach to nearest destination of choice easily.
