The Indian infrastructure market is showing signs of recovery from the impact of COVID -19. How is your company poised to bounce back for the new opportunities coming in 2021?
It was a challenging year for all the manufacturing units and it was no exception for us. COVID-19 hard hit the planning of most manufacturing units. First, there was a prolonged Lockdown than the series of unlocking down and constraints on traveling and adopting work from home had upset the functioning of everyone.

But as the year is approaching to end there is some ray of hope for the vaccine to come into the market there is some optimism

At Nilkanth we have utilized this bad patch by focusing on R&D adding new features to our product line and making the work from home more efficient by strengthening our reporting system.
 
This has led to making our management sharper and has evolved some new methods of working

Our staff has responded well and come with new ideas to communicate which otherwise was more traditional in approach and had become used to  9 to 5 pm routine work

Yes, 2021 has more Opportunities in store and we are fully geared to meet the demand which had become dormant.  

How did the company manage the lean period?
We focused more on the R& D of our products, emphasized innovation, and tested new applications. We also developed training programs for our sales team. Our marketing division is also fine-tuned with our digital marketing efforts and we have built some excellent database to penetrate new market segments 

In short, we all set to meet the demand of any magnitude



 Has your company contemplated the new marketing strategy with the new challenges that have come up due to COVID -19?
Yes as you see in the above answers we have taken care of all the aspects of making our company efficient and not succumb to the adverse situation.

What is the company's endeavor to go digital? DO you believe traditional marketing can be substituted by digital marketing or both complement each other?
We have now expanded a deal on Digital Marketing From traditional Facebook, Twitter Instagram posts we have focused more on creating direct leads by building landing pages and getting the information of direct customers by sending them Newsletters other promos of our customer interest. This has led to more direct interaction with our customers.

We believe both traditional and digital marketing complement each other. In fact, our Sales team has got some excellent results through digital marketing and have built a good rapport with prospective customers.
