Innovative Excellence: Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd (GAIL)'s 250 TPH Plant Hits Production Milestone
Recently, Apollo hosted
"CrushFest 2024 - Unleashing
Power" at Parishram Crusher & Quarry to celebrate reaching the
milestone of producing 100,000 tonnes of material using the APOLLO 250 TPH Crushing and Screening
Plant. This event underscored Apollo's commitment to innovation and excellence.
Mr.
Asit A. Patel, Managing Director of Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd - Mehsana,
shared, "Mr. Karshanbhai, operation
head of Parishram Crusher and Quarry, was eager to expand his operations.
After detailed discussions and site assessments, we agreed to install an APOLLO 250 TPH 2-stage Crushing and
Screening Plant near Umreth. Despite facing some land and technical challenges,
we promptly resolved these issues to meet the installation timeline."
Mr.
Karshanbhai praised Apollo's exceptional support
throughout the process. He highlighted their assistance in resolving plant
orientation issue due to limited and constrained land and provided robust
installation support, which ensured minimal electricity and manpower
requirements, maintaining cost-effective operations. He noted, "The sales
and technical support from the Apollo team, especially Mr. Asit Patel along
with Mr. Haresh Prajapati Regional
Sales Head, Mr. Sanjeev Thakur Engineering Head, Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd.,
who personally visited the site to observe and assist, was outstanding. I'm
proud to collaborate with GAIL. Choosing their plant was a great decision
because it's made in India, cost-effective, uses the best machinery and
equipment, and offers excellent technical and after-sales support. The plant
requires less maintenance efforts due to good ground clearance of Crushing
Station, Conveyor Tail Pulley, branded rotating parts like rollers, electric
motor, Plummer block, delivering better output at minimal power consumption compared
to other brands."
In conversation with Mr. Kesurbhai Kandoria, Partner of
Parishram Crusher & Quarry, he shared his experience, stating,
"From the moment we considered acquiring the plant and engaged with GAIL,
their unwavering support and guidance have been a beacon of reliability
throughout the installation process. I had operated many international
company plants but in my extensive 30-year career, I have yet to experience
services and support comparable to Apollo's. I am deeply indebted to their team
for their dedication and expertise."
Mr.
Haresh Prajapati, detailed the technical specifications of the
plant: "The 250 TPH 2-Stage Crushing & Screening Plant features a
B1050 Single Toggle Primary Jaw Crusher, High-Performance Cone Crusher AC1300,
Vibrating Screen VS2060D4, Dump Hopper 58mÂł, and Surge Hopper 30mÂł. VFD-driven
grizzly and vibro feeders ensure optimal chock feed to crushing equipment which
in return help to have optimum crushing output. Safety and maintenance are
prioritized with flywheel and pulley covers, spacious maintenance platforms,
and ladders with railings. The design ensures efficient power consumption,
user-friendly operation, and minimal staffing for maximum output. Apollo’s
plant delivers rated capacity output with cubical aggregates, efficient land
use, and longevity due to high-grade, high-manganese materials and robust
construction. Reliable single-call support ensures ongoing operational
efficiency, making Apollo the preferred choice for cost-effective crushing
solutions."
Overall, the event highlighted Apollo's dedication to providing innovative and reliable crushing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent support and advanced technology.
